Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive in Nairobi, where you are met and transfered to your city hotel, Eka Hotel -on Bed & Breakfast.
Day 2: Nairobi –Samburu
Depart in the morning at 8:00AM-and proceed north across the equator to Samburu National Reserve arriving -at Samburu Sopa Lodge- in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at -the Lodge.
Day 3: Samburu
Full day in Samburu, a beautiful and game abundant park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Gravy’s zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. Morning and afternoon game drives, with an optional visit to a local Samburu village. All meals and overnight at Samburu SopaLodge.
Day 4: Samburu – Lake Nakuru
Breakfast and depart for Lake Nakuru national park, famous for its millions of seasonal pink flamingos and other aquatic birds. Arrive for lunch at -Flamingo Hill Tented Camp. After lunch, game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at -Flamingo Hill Tented Camp.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru –Masai Mara
After breakfast depart for Masai Mara, one of East Africa’s most famous reserves, The Mara consists of undulating hills and great rolling grasslands that sustain some of the most varied wildlife in Africa, if not the world. Arrive in time for lunch atMara Leisure Luxury Tented Camp or Mara Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game viewing, where lion, elephant, cheetah, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, gazelle and other plains game abound, not forgetting the hundreds of species of birds. Dinner and overnight in Mara Leisure Tented Camp or Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 6: Masai Mara
Full day dedicated to game spotting in this sprawling reserve. You can watch a lion, cheetah or leopard hunting or feasting on its kill. Option of a visit to a Masai village or a hot-air balloon ride that starts at 06.00 am and ends with a Champagne breakfast on the plains. What an exhilarating experience! All meals and overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 7: Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast we head for one of the Great Rift Valley fresh-water lakes, Naivasha, arriving at the – Naivasha Country Club- for lunch. Option of a boat ride or bird watching with the resident ornithologist or visit of Crescent Island for trekking-you pay directly to boat owners and Island owner. Dinner and overnight at the – Naivasha Country Club.
Day 8: Lake Naivasha – Amboseli
Breakfast and route for Amboseli national park, driving through lush coffee and tea plantations. Lunch will be at the famous Nairobi Carnivore restaurant, renowned for its succulent steaks of game meat. Continue to Amboseli,. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa.
Day 9: Amboseli -Taita Hills Salt Lick
Early morning game drive, in this magnificent park, right on the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest in Africa. Early morning there’s a chance of spotting its snows. After which drive to the Lodge for breakfast, After breakfast, drive to Taita Hills Salt Lick. Arrive for lunch at -Srova Salt Lick. After lunch game drive in the Santcuary.
Dinner and ovenright at -Taita Hills Salt Lick.
Day 10: Amboseli – Mombasa
After breakfast drive to Mombasa, lunch at Voi town. Continued to Mombasa, arriving at -Mombasa Serena Beach Hotel- where you’re booked on Half Board Basis.
Day 11:Mombasa
You have full day to relax at the beach and enjoy the hotel facilities. Optional excursions will be proposed by our representative. These will include Mombasa city tour, Dhow trip, and visit to historic Malindi, visit villages to observe and learn some of the locals’ lifestyle, culture and traditions.
Day 12: Mombasa – Nairobi
Depending on your international flight schedule from Nairobi, you’ll be transferred to Mombasa airport for your domestic flight to connect on your home-bound flight in Nairobi.
