Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Game Reserve

You will be picked from your hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara. The flight is approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the airstrip‚ you will be met by a driver/ guide who will transfer you to your preferred Lodge check in‚ from the airstrip you will enjoy a short game drive viewing.

After lunch you will depart for a late afternoon game drive or enjoy other activities offered at the camp.

Return in the evening for Dinner and overnight Mara Sekenani Camp | Ashnil Mara Luxury Tented Camp |Mara Explorers Camp

Day 2: Maasai Mara National Game Reserve –Full Day

After breakfast leave for a full day game drive with picnic lunch at Mara river migration bride area.

This day is spent game viewing in Kenya’s finest wildlife park, the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Our morning and afternoon game drives take us in search of Africa’s Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. Early morning Maasai Mara hot air balloon safari can be arranged at extra cost.

Wherever you go in the vast Maasai Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Maasai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot, but reasonably common. The ultimate action here is without doubt the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration, in July and August when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of lusher grass before turning south again in October to

December. There is nothing thrilling like a bush dinner to end such an adventurous day at an extra cost.

Day 3: 11th May 2019 Maasai Mara National Game Reserve to Nairobi drop off.

Enjoy your final day in the Mara after the morning game drive‚ you can sit and relax as you wait to be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. Upon arriving back in Nairobi at Wilson Airport you shall be met and transferred back to your hotel or place of residence by an Orange Adventures representative. This shall mark the end of our wildlife Adventures in the Mara but the Capital City of Nairobi still have a lot in store such as a visit to Shedrick orphaned baby elephants and giving a kiss of life to the giraffes at Giraffe Centre in Karen as well as a visit to the Karen Blixen Museum or a Nairobi walking City Tour.
